Materials
Three materials, nothing glossy.
Knit
Recycled polyester yarn, knitted in one tube on a flat-bed machine. About eleven bottles per sleeve, and it goes through the wash.
Aluminium
The dial is turned from 70 mm bar stock, knurled with 200 ridges, bead-blasted and anodised twice so it will not wear bright.
Rubber and screws
A natural-rubber base stops it walking across the table. Inside, nine parts are held with screws and clips, never glue.
Take it apart
Nine parts. No glue.
Scroll to lift it apart. Every part comes out with one screwdriver, so a tired battery is a ten-minute swap, not a new speaker.
